When I first started This gig, all I wanted to do was just to offer that something different.
I noticed most photographers were gone before 7pm.
I hadn't seen many night photos so it was something I thought would be pretty cool to get into.
It is probably the one thing my clients ask when they book my full day package and even though the milky way isn't always visible, I do find something else that we can light up.
which brings me to this...
This year I entered the international wedding photographer of the year contest.
They had a category this year, "LIT"...Hmmm right up my ally...
But I am going against the best of the best.
No, I didn't win..ha..But to be a finalist of 15 is a little bit of a shock and I won't lie, I was a little bit chuffed.
One of my favourite places on the planet for the Milky Way shot, Nukara Farm is always good at the right time of year and when Mr Moon is no where to be seen!
